Eggplant and beef slice sukiyaki

This is an easy sukiyaki recipe that can be made quickly in a frying pan.
You can also add bell peppers, tomatoes, and other summer vegetables to make a delicious sukiyaki.

How to make it

Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise, then slice it diagonally into 2mm-thick pieces. Cut half a block of tofu into six equal pieces and arrange them in a frying pan

Add [A] to the frying pan and heat it

Once the seasonings are boiling, cover the eggplant and tofu with the beef slices

Simmer for about 5 minutes, and it's done
