How to make it

Cook the dried soba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain them in a colander

Combine kelp broth with Happo Aji Bijin (a type of Japanese seasoning)

Place the soba noodles in a bowl and pour the combined broth from step [2] over them

Top with your desired amount of grated daikon radish, and finish by garnish with chopped green onions
