How to make it

Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and skin

The saury is filleted into three pieces and seasoned with Happomi Bijin

Heat a frying pan and grill the avocado and saury. Once the saury is well browned, flip it over and quickly brown the skin side, then remove from the heat

Cut the ends off the avocado and cut it into quarters. Similarly, cut the ends off the saury and cut it into a total of four pieces

Arrange the avocados in a bowl and top with the saury to finish
