Bang Bang Chicken Style Wonton with Edamame
This dish is made by quickly boiling wontons and then serving them with a Bang Bang Chicken-style sauce. The skin tends to get watery, so it's important to wipe off the water thoroughly after boiling
How to make it

Prepare the basic wonton filling (see separate recipe)

Use about 5g of filling per wonton wrapper. Place filling in the center of the wonton wrapper and shape it into a ball using your fingers

Place in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the water and pat dry with kitchen paper

Mix the ingredients for the Bang Bang Chicken sauce and pour it over the wontons in a bowl
