How to make it

Cut off the head of the spiny lobster, boil it with the shell on, and then immerse it in ice water. Once it has cooled down, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place them back into the shell

The meat is covered in white sauce, and then topped with crushed pine nuts

Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes

Once lightly browned, remove from the oven, place on a plate, and serve
