Onion Gratin
Even if you don't have French bread, you can easily make this onion gratin using gluten. It melts in your mouth and the flavor spreads throughout your mouth
How to make it

Thinly slice the spring onion along the grain. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the sliced onion and fry until golden brown

Once the onions are caramelized, add the soup ingredients and bring to a boil
