Turnip miso soup

The only ingredient is turnip. It's a simple miso soup, but you can really taste the natural flavor of turnip. It's interesting to try cutting the amount of miso in half and replacing the rest with soybean flour. It's good for your body and has a richer flavor

Cut the turnip into 6 equal parts, leaving 2-3cm of the root

Soak the plant in a bowl of water and thoroughly remove any soil from the roots
