Miso ramen with bean sprouts

This is a modified version of store-bought miso ramen, with plenty of toppings like bean sprouts added. You can also enjoy the juicy texture of the ground beef

How to make it

Heat the soup packet that came with the ramen, then pour hot water into a bowl and dissolve the soup packet with a whisk. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain them in a colander

Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, add the ground meat and stir-fry. Once the meat is cooked through, add the bean sprouts and chives cut into 2-3 cm lengths and continue to stir-fry

Add the Happo Aji Bijin and chili oil, and once everything is mixed together, remove from the heat

Add the noodles to the soup, then top with the ingredients from step [3]. Add black shichimi spice to taste and it's ready

  • Happo Mibijin (soy sauce and mirin can be substituted)
    1/2 tablespoon

    1 teaspoon
  • Use commercially available miso ramen
    1 bag
  • Black shichimi spice topping
