Fried wontons with edamame (crown-wrapped)
Prepare the wonton filling. In a bowl, combine the ground pork and salt, and mix well until sticky. Add the other seasonings (except the salt) and mix thoroughly
Blanch the edamame and remove the thin skin. Pat them dry thoroughly with a paper towel, then add them to bowl [1] and mix well
Use about 5g of filling per wonton wrapper. Place the filling in the center of the wonton wrapper and fold it in half to form a triangle. Press down firmly on the center point, then create pleats on both sides to shape it
Place the fried food in oil heated to 160°C and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Once it has turned golden brown, remove it and drain the oil on a paper towel
Place the dish on a plate lined with a piece of traditional Japanese paper (kaishi) and it's ready
