Onion pasta
Normally, when boiling spaghetti, you add 1% of the water's volume in salt, but this time, since we're adding anchovies, we'll use less.
If you don't have dried anchovies, roughly chopped peppercorns will also taste good.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the spaghetti until slightly firm to al dente (approximately 1 minute before the recommended cooking time)
Slice the onion thinly
Put garlic, chili peppers, and olive oil in a frying pan and heat over low heat. When the garlic starts to brown, add the onion from step 1 and season with salt and pepper. Sauté slowly over low heat until the onion becomes translucent
Once the onions have softened, add the anchovies and sauté while crushing them. Then add the hot water and parsley and simmer until thickened
Add the spaghetti from step 1 directly from the pot to step 4 without draining the water, and mix. Turn off the heat, add olive oil and pepper, mix, and serve on a plate. Garnish with dried achovies and parsley
