Creamy Penne with Broccoli and Roast Ham

Cook the broccoli and penne at the same time. The cream will coat them and give them the perfect texture. If using short pasta, you can use less cooking water
How to make it
1

Separate the broccoli into florets. Cut the roast ham into thin strips. Slice the onion thinly

2

Heat ingredients A in a frying pan, add the onion and sauté, then add the ham, add the white wine, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

3

Add ingredient B to the frying pan, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat

4

Add salt to boiling water and cook the penne and broccoli together. (I cooked them for 13 minutes, one minute less than the time indicated on the package.)

5

Add the cooked penne and broccoli to the frying pan, add Parmesan cheese and butter, mix well, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and it's done
