How to make it

Cut the eel and tofu into bite-sized pieces, roughly chop the onion, julienne the burdock, cut a slit in the cap of the shiitake mushroom, and boil the spinach

Put all the ingredients except the spinach into a frying pan, add [A] and bring to a boil
